Shipping Policy

Processing & Production Time

All products in our store are made to order using a Print on Demand (POD) production model.

  • Production begins after payment is confirmed;

  • Production time typically takes 4–6 business days (depending on the product and destination).

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.


Shipping Time

Once production is completed, orders are shipped via third-party carriers.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States: 6–12 business days

  • Europe: 10–22 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method;

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped;

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

  • delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses;

  • orders returned to the sender due to address errors.

Re-shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers;

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information;

  • In cases where a shipment is confirmed lost, we will assist in filing a claim when applicable.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • contact us within 7 days of delivery;

  • provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

After review, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.


Important Notes

  • Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees;

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes in some regions;

  • Production and shipping times may increase during holidays or peak seasons.
