Refund & Return Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All products in our store are made to order and produced individually after an order is placed.

Because of the custom nature of Print-on-Demand items, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

  • change of mind;

  • incorrect size selection;

  • color or design expectations;

  • ordering mistakes made by the customer.


Damaged or Defective Items

We gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • the product arrives damaged;

  • there is a printing defect;

  • the wrong item was received.


How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To be eligible:

  • contact us within 7 days of delivery;

  • provide clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue.

After review, we will either:

  • send a replacement at no cost, or

  • issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Defective items do not need to be returned.

Additional Notes

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects.

  • Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.
