Refund & Return Policy
Made-to-Order Products
All products in our store are made to order and produced individually after an order is placed.
Because of the custom nature of Print-on-Demand items, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

change of mind;

incorrect size selection;
-
color or design expectations;
-
ordering mistakes made by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
We gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

the product arrives damaged;
-
there is a printing defect;
-
the wrong item was received.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To be eligible:

contact us within 7 days of delivery;

provide clear photos of the item and packaging showing the issue.
After review, we will either:
-
send a replacement at no cost, or
-
issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Defective items do not need to be returned.
Additional Notes

Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects.

Each case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.
