Processing & Production Time

All products in our store are made to order using a Print on Demand (POD) production model.

Production begins after payment is confirmed;
Production time typically takes 2-5 business days (depending on the product and destination).

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time

Once production is completed, orders are shipped via third-party carriers.

Estimated shipping times:

United States: 4–7 business days
Europe: 6–12 business days
International: 10–30 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

100% Free Shipping: We offer free delivery on all products to all destinations.

No Taxes or Customs Fees: All customs duties, import taxes, and extra fees are fully covered by us. You will not have to pay anything extra upon receiving your package.

Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once the order has been shipped;
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for:

delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses;
orders returned to the sender due to address errors.

Re-shipping costs, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers;
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information;
In cases where a shipment is confirmed lost, we will assist in filing a claim when applicable.
